Timberwolves Coach Finch Injured in Game 4 Collision

Finch Helped Off Court After Contact with Conley

Suns' Lee Out, Anderson Questionable for Timberwolves

Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch was helped off the court late in the fourth quarter of Game 4 against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night after a scary collision. Finch collided with Suns point guard Mike Conley while attempting to retrieve a loose ball and was visibly shaken after the incident. He was able to walk off the court with assistance and did not return to the game.

The Timberwolves have listed Kyle Anderson as questionable for Game 5 with a left ankle sprain. No other players on the Timberwolves are listed on the injury report.

The Suns will be without Damion Lee, who is out with a left fibula fracture. Grayson Allen is also listed as questionable with a right adductor strain.

The Suns lead the series 3-1 and can close out the series in Game 5 on Tuesday night in Phoenix. The Timberwolves will need to find a way to replace Finch's leadership on the sideline if he is unable to return. Assistant coach David Vanterpool is expected to take over head coaching duties if Finch is out.
