Quarter-finals Second Legs: 15-16 April 2025
Semi-finals Draw: 18 April 2025
Semi-finals First Legs: 6-7 May 2025
Semi-finals Second Legs: 13-14 May 2025
Final: 31 May 2025
Fixtures
The group stage fixtures will be announced after the draw on 25 August 2024.
The knockout round fixtures will be announced after the respective draws.
Group Stage
The 32 teams will be divided into eight groups of four. Each team will play two matches against each other team in their group, one at home and one away.
The top two teams in each group will qualify for the round of 16.
Knockout Rounds
The round of 16 will be played over two legs, with the first legs taking place on 18-19 February 2025 and the second legs taking place on 4-5 March 2025.
The quarter-finals and semi-finals will also be played over two legs, with the first legs taking place on 8-9 April 2025 and 15-16 April 2025, and the second legs taking place on 6-7 May 2025 and 13-14 May 2025, respectively.
The final will be played at London's Wembley Stadium on 31 May 2025.
Qualification
The winners of the following competitions will automatically qualify for the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League group stage:
- 2023/24 UEFA Champions League
- 2023/24 UEFA Europa League
- 2023/24 UEFA Europa Conference League
- The league champions of the top 10 ranked associations in the UEFA association coefficient rankings.
- The league runners-up of the top 6 ranked associations in the UEFA association coefficient rankings.
The remaining six places will be filled by teams from the qualifying rounds.
The qualifying rounds will be played in August and September 2024.
